With a career spanning tech, travel, telco, retail, and food delivery, she has led CRM and customer experience strategies at some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Just Eat Takeaway, lastminute.com, and Virgin Media O2.

She has transformed customer engagement through data-driven strategies, spearheaded digital transformation efforts, and driven millions in revenue by turning customer bases into growth engines. Marie has worked on strategic partnerships with major global brands, including: McDonald’s, UEFA, Expedia, Redbull and many more; leveraging first party data to create value for both businesses and customers.
