I’ve spent my career building and leading customer engagement, loyalty, and CRM strategies across tech, travel, telco, retail, and food delivery. I’ve led CRM and customer experience strategies at some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Just Eat Takeaway, lastminute.com, and Virgin Media O2, working at scale, inside complex organisations, where customer strategy has to deliver real commercial results.
My work sits at the intersection of customer value and business growth. I've led data-driven strategies and digital transformation programmes, helped organisations rethink how they engage customers across the lifecycle, and delivered sustainable growth from existing customers—through relevance, testing, and clear strategic intent.
I’ve also led strategic partnerships activities with major global brands, including: McDonald’s, UEFA, Expedia, Redbull and many more; leveraging first party data to create value for both businesses and customers.
With Mikwabo [which means “welcome” in Fon], I now help brands design customer strategies that make people feel genuinely valued. The belief is simple: when customers feel welcome, they stay longer, spend more, and advocate for your brand. When done properly, that warmth translates into measurable business impact.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m hosting Failing Out Loud, a podcast exploring what brands & people learn when things don't go to plan. I’m also actively committed to pushing diversity and inclusion, for greater representation at all levels of the organisation, including most senior levels.
